The cost is provided in South African Rands (ZAR) with conversions based on the current exchange rates (Sept 2024). Please note that these costs will fluctuate with the exchange rates.

Costs include, all lunches & teas, all course material, transportation and the Gala Dinner being held on the final evening.
Please register your interest in attending Dialogue 2025 as soon as possible. An indication of numbers is required for transportation, catering and preparation of the venue. Service providers and hotel partners collaborating with us cannot hold rooms indefinitely, and we need to inform them of the occupancy demand for that period.
Itinerary
The 5-day event will include guest speakers, workshops & activities, breakaway sessions as well as evening activities and supper.
Free time will be built into the itinerary, to allow you to explore the beautiful surroundings and book onto one of the recommended excursions.

Accommodation
We have secured favourable rates for accommodation with the Windsor Hotel, Hermanus, which is situated on the beautiful coastline and commands a fantastic sea view. A Schedule of Rates offering various and flexible options for room and self-contained apartments will be issued shortly.
Please note that it is your responsibility to book directly with the hotel.
Upon receipt of the schedule, we recommend that you book early, as Hermanus is a popular tourist attraction all year around and the hotel cannot “hold rooms” indefinitely.

Flights
We encourage you to consider and book your flights as soon as possible. The S.A. Rand exchange rate is favourable at present, however, it does fluctuate.
Excursions
A conference can’t be all work and no play and we would like you to have the opportunity to explore this beautiful part of the world. Information will be provided on numerous excursions plus several activities during the week. Transport will be provided to Cape Town, or a visit to Camphill Community West Coast, together with other ‘free time’ to explore Hermanus and what it has to offer.
